There's a shallow portion in the water where you can stand and climb up. Waterlogged cave, B1: Climb up on the platform with the small plant and the switch. Go back into the main tree area and either jump down from the top floor and rip the spider web in the middle of the floor, or go down there and light a stick and strike the web with the stick to burn it. The Skulltula can be found behind the rocks.
Play the Song of Time in the spot where Navi turns green, then climb on it and bomb the boulders up top. SKULLTULA: There's a hidden spider in this room, but you have to come back later. Target the ladder on the other side of the room and shoot it to make it drop down. Climb up the vines and grab the compass from the treasure chest. The larger ones are only vulnerable on the underside, so wait till they turn. Spider chamber, 2F: Take out the spiders by shooting them with your slingshot. Get out your slingshot and shoot the eye switch with it. Plant chamber, 2F: Defeat the enemies inside (remember, if you do a slash move you can cut the stem of the plant enemies and get a stick, if you attack the head, you get Deku Nuts). After you've lit something, just slash with your sword to put the stick away before it burns down. Go back down, equip a stick, light it on the torch, and burn the spider web blocking the door. You can also light the torch in the middle of the room to get another chest with some rupees. Take out the plant as well and as soon as the room is clear, the door will unlock and a treasure chest will appear in the left alcove. Oval room, 3F: Step on the switch and hop on over the platforms to the two platforms and kill all the Gohma babies and eggs. Enter the door to the left of the switch. SKULLTULA: To get the hidden spider on this level, you need to break the box by rolling into it or using a bomb (if you choose to come back later).Ĭlimb up the vines to the upper floor and step on the switch. Destroy the Gohma eggs before they hatch. Climb the ladder up to the next platform you can then either go left for a heart on the edge of the log or right to the big treasure chest with a map in it.
